"You should spend a lot of time talking to customers face to face. You'd be amazed how many companies don't listen to their customers."

~Ross Perot~

Founder & CEO of Electronic Data Systems and Perot Systems

What We Believe...

To help our clients maximize product and service quality through best practices that create sustainable competitive advantage and increase share holder value.

Beliefs and Operating Practices:

  • We will spend a day with anyone... We don't pretend to have the solution to your problem(s) without first taking the time to understand what those problem(s) might be. In order to gain this understanding we will spend a day with our clients trying to acquire the insights necessary to determine how we can help.

  • We believe that any consulting implementation should return at least a ten-fold our fees or be strategic in nature. If we conclude that a significant ROI cannot be realized, we will transfer all knowledge obtained to date, and recommend how management can proceed internally.

  • We share our wisdom and transfer process technology to the client every step of the way. Making changes can be difficult; sustaining the new environment can be even more challenging. We ensure that our clients have every tool necessary for self-sustained excellence.

  • We facilitate, not dictate... Many consultants are seen as "doing this to us"; we prefer to be seen as "doing this with us." Implementation of change is not sustainable if companies don't own the solutions, from the time of creation through to implementation, and on to sustainment and improvement.

  • We consistantly see that innovation is key to successful implementations...
60% of our recommendations are known by our clients as needed work; 40% of our recommendations are usually unforeseen by management and reflect our experience and leading-edge knowledge. Typically, 30% of our total recommended solutions are completely new innovations and have never been implemented before.
